What are they made out of?:
Ethyl Vinyl Acetate Foam, and light-weight plastic.
How do they attach?:
They tie into a pony tail or a bun like a regular fall. There are models with Tabs that extend over the tail and attach into the hair with weft clips. Models that can be put into shorter hair or glued to bald heads are in development, but are not yet ready.
